It all started with one rig and one customer. That customer shared our vision for customized directional drilling solutions. We delivered a combination of technology and domain expertise that exceeded every KPI. From there, it was off to the races.
Since opening our doors in 2015, Altitude has built one of the industry’s most extensive portfolios of mud motors, rotary steerable systems and advanced MWD technology. We’re home to 260 employees who deliver customized solutions and next-level service—the kind once thought to be reserved for off-shore and high-cost projects. We have executed some of the longest single runs in the Permian. We also take wireline and thru-tubing to a whole new level. And through it all, we’re still laser focused on where it all started: a bold vision for delivering customized solutions, not just equipment.
And that first customer? We’re still shattering its KPIs today.
At Altitude, we don’t just provide equipment. We deliver customized solutions that elevate directional drilling whether you’re in the Permian, DJ, Powder River, Williston or any other North American basin. Because in today’s low-margin oilfield, a “one size fits all” approach is a recipe for lost ROI.
Continuously building our portfolio of technology assets. Using domain expertise to develop “unique to you” solutions. Delivering clear value from a one-well experience. And above all, investing in the success of your drilling program. That’s the Altitude way.
At Altitude, we’re driven by an insatiable appetite for improvement. That’s why we meet all the gold standards for QHS—and raise the bar even higher with our own internal protocol. Every run is executed with health, safety and quality in mind. From robust audits and training to ongoing KPI analysis, we take all the steps needed to ensure our solutions are “world class.”
